Online Commerce

One of the ongoing growth stories is Online Commerce. Each year, percentage of market share sales increase via online commerce.

With the advent of even more online payment systems to go along with PayPal (Apple is rumoured to bring one out) AND new distribution systems where one can get their products fast, even shipped to you in one day, there is ample reason to believe online commerce will continue to grow.

One of the best growth online commerce areas is CHINA !

Take a hard look not only when Alibaba's IPO pops up but companies such as JD.com (JD) and VipShop Holdings (VIPS).

Of course, here in the good ole USA, there's AMZN but there is also a host of others with niches in online commerce.

If your interested in growth stocks, and those are the ones that can hit home runs, take a pander and research these wonderful offerings.

Hello all of you in Blog land. Here at Rob the Markets Blinds, I also take the position of writing about the fun and enjoyment of  the 'treasure hunting' at garage, estate, thrift, and stores looking for bargains that can be resold for a gain. At this point in my life, unlike other blogs of this type, I do it for fun and amusement. In the years ahead when I retire, I might do it for profit. How it's just a fun hobby.

It's just purely amazing how one's junk is another's treasure or need.

Hey you cats out there, MO goes after MU !

Winning is grabbing momentum, profiting from it and then releasing it

A winner must be willing to  embrace change and  welcome challenge. The biggest “fear,” if there is  one, is not of the unknown, but of becoming complacent and stagnant. An environment of change and even uncertainty can energize a mentally strong person and bring out their best.

A winner is willing to take calculated risks. This is a different thing entirely than jumping headlong into foolish risks. But with mental strength, an individual can weigh the risks and benefits thoroughly, and will fully assess the potential downsides and even the worst-case scenarios before they take action

Regarding the Catching Fire portfolio. My real account in part mimics most but not all  of the same stocks at different buying prices and different quantities.

 ,

Are you going after the big fish?
This site isn't all about the stock market. However, with the daily updating of the stock market, it took most of my time. I am still going to discuss  the stock market but also  going to relate more to other parts of this site - such as the paintings, my hobbies such as estate sale treasure hunting, movies, autos, etc.
I have developed a good following if the Blogger statistics I get are correct. It will be interesting to see how they change in the coming months. As stated, I will start a new public stock market portfolio. There's so technical issues to work out. One being displaying Options.

Catching Fire started during thanksgiving week, Nov 2013
